How long will delivery take?

This will depend on many factors such as the product, package that is chosen, weather, destination, and freight carrier schedule and your location, but under normal circumstance, orders will ship the same day to 48 hours later, and arrive in 3-5 days.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After your order has been placed, our customer service team will process your order within a few hours at most and update you via email. At the same time, we will submit and then prepare your order for shipping too. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive all relevant tracking and freight information so you may track your package on it’s journey to you!

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive it via Email. If you have signed up on our website, then you can view all orders and their details in My Account page. All relevant shipping and tracking information will be sent as well.
