Our goal is to make sure our valued customer’s money is always well spent.
A: You can contact us either by phone, or email to confirm the availability before you place the order.
A: This will depending on many factors such as the product, package that is chosen, weather, destination and freight carrier schedule and your location, but under normal circumstance, orders will ship the same day to 48 hours later, and arrive in 3-5 days.
A: After your order has been placed, our customer service team will process your order within a few hours at most and update you via email. At the same time, we will submit and then prepare your order for shipping too. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive all relevant tracking and freight information so you may track your package on it's journey to you!
